Almond Flour Almond Butter Cookies
(Gluten Free)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 2/3 c Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 1/2 TBSP Raw Honey
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- In a medium bowl mixed all ingredients together.
- On a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Form cookie balls with hands (about 1-2 inch each) and place on prepared cookie sheet.
- Flatten each cookie ball until it is about 1/2 inch thick.
- Use a fork to make criss cross indents on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes on cookie sheet before removing.
- ENJOY!!
- Makes 20-24 cookies
